We are looking for a service administrator to add to the team.

· Responsibilities: The service administrator is responsible for managing and driving the service billing process. This includes invoicing service orders in an accurate and timely fashion, managing the flow of paperwork throughout the office, and efficient/accurate data entry for all items related to the service order process. Also supports the service managers by providing back-up phone support, follow-up communication to customers, and other administrative tasks to ensure the service office operates smoothly.

· Job Requirements: High level of administrative and organizational abilities. Excellent computer skills. The desired candidate enjoys multi-tasking, providing excellent customer service and thrives in a fast-paced office environment. Familiarity with a service background is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required.
